I signed a 12 mo lease and I regret doing it.
The AC's only run on one side of the apartment.
So the air does not cirulate thru out the apt to properly cool it down.
My thermostate reads 90 degrees. I've put in a work order and they say there is nothing wrong. (after suffering all weekend I finally went and bought four fans which I have in my living rm. and dining room just to be able to have some sort of air cirulating around.)
The thermostat itself needs to be replaced. They didn't even attempt to replace it.
I called on a weekend for "emergency" maintenance because it is so hot in here only to be told they won't come out because there's nothing wrong with it and I was told I have to wait until Monday.
So apparently having poorly cooling AC when its triple didgets outside is NOT and emergancy to the maintenance staff here.
I am seriously considering breaking my lease.
There are also alot of strange people that live here.
Intoxicated people knocking on the door at all hours of the night.
One of my sons being followed around.
Do NOT rent here.

I lived there last year. It was the worst experience of my life. The so called manager and leasing agent are not professional. They are rude, and do not seem to care about the residents! Maintenace? hmmm! The Maintenance "supervisor" was the managers boyfriend, so no need in complaining when they won't fix anything. Also the Maintenance supervisor said he was "watching" my apartment. (creepy) Also they do not change the locks to new ones when you move in and you are not allowed to put chain locks or any other type of locks on the doors. Never felt comfortable living there. I swear people were in my apartment when I wasn't at home. People hang in the parking lots all hours of the night drinking and they knock on your door. BAD NEWS! DON'T MOVE THERE!
