I stumbled into renting here because I was new to the area. Ugh! I am now desperately searching for new quarters -- although I hate the idea of all the address changes. But it is better than: management that is nonexistent, and the two woman who run the place are useless -- repairs not taken care of; cats live in the laundry room; there is a cut down tree that is stacked up and in violation of the city code; no wait, I did have one repair made, but the job violates the city's building code; drug dealing is prevalent; give up sleep -- the place is very noisy, both neighbors and drive through traffic. Seriously, do NOT rent here. Do yourself a favor. I know it looks tempting, but do NOT rent here.

WELL I DO LIVE THERE,AND I LOVE IT,THE LADYS THAT RUN THE PLACE ARE WONDERFUL,I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM,AND AS FAR AS THE DRUG PROBLEM THERE,IT IS EVERYWHERE,BUT THESE LADYS DO CARE AND IF SOMEONE TELLS THEM THAT SOMEONE LIVING THERE IS DEALING DRUGS THEY DO TAKE CARE OF IT,SO MY THOUGHTS ARE MAYBE YOU SHOULD MOVE,IT SEEMS LIKE YOU ARE THE PROBLEM,WE ARE ALL ONE BIG HAPPY FAMILY THERE

Well I'm not sure where your livivng or you must be one of the so-called drug dealer's who don't have a problem livivng there but this place is a joke. I can't get anything fixed after numerous times of going to the office and speaking to your Wonderful ladies, but yet you can believe when the Rent is due they want there money but don't want to address my concerns. Supposedly the property is under NEW Managemnet but I have yet to see any changes, I would like to know who they are so I can address my issues w/them. I wouldn't recommend anyone live here but Hey it seems that ONE person loves it!!!

OMG - this place is an absolute joke and although I can't be sure who this particular person is who posts that they love this place, I can only imagine it to be one particular person since they seem to love the "ladys" that run the place. If you are unfortunate enough to live here and have had enough of this BS, I urge you to contact The Canflor Group (the management company) and voice your concerns. Things desperately need to change with this property because irregardless of the fact that there are two idiots who work in the front office, there are some very nice people who live here.
