Me and my wife have only lived here for 6 months but in those six months we have grown to love it.Great management and maintenance team. We have had all of our issues corrected in a timely manner.I have not had any problems with the noise that the other review complained about.And as far as the so called drug dealers i have never seen any.I would refer everyone to Mandarin Bay.
