I have lived here for about 10 months and I like it Alot.I love the fact that there is no one living above or below me.My last apartment has 3 stories and was very noisy.Mandarin Bay being single story community is a huge plus for me.I also get to park right in front of my Apartment Beacause there is so much parking area.The landscaping is always kept up. And work orders get completed My lease is up in 3 months and I will be signing another lease.I highly recommend Villas at Mandarin Bay to any one that is looking for a community that is this quite and maintained.

I also love living at Villas at Mandarin Bay .Single story is the way to go.The staff are excellent and i also intend to renew my lease.
