A good experience.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Staff was friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated a great deal. The apartment itself was just fine. Only problems were a constant leaky faucet (that maintenance for some reason claimed wasn't leaking) and an influx of noise, being by the street.
