Great Experience-Whiners Get a Clue

we have purchased after living here for nearly 3 years. I manage a nationally recognized service-driven comapany, and unfortunately I know that it is whining spoiled blamers that make up 99% of all filed complaints.
The previous post by the doctor is pretty telling, and the complaints about construction...the building HAD to have repairs and I am sure it cost an absolute fortune in construction and lost revenues. Many apts had to be completely vacated for the construction. ALL tenants were inconvneienced. We were also notified 6 months prior, alowed to early term our leases, and our rent was discounted $300 pre month. I don't think they need sympathy, but come on...I am SURE they would have preferred to have bypassed this project!!!
The staff has always been professional. If you treat someone poorly...what do you expect' Really' The customer is NOT always right. Not nowadays, because there are too many customers who are just plain -------s.
After 3 years we have not seen or heard of any drugs, and have NEVER heard noise from an ajacent unit: next door, above or below. Additionally when there was a partying apt in the courtyard...they were given a written warning, and eveicted after the next offense.
There is an off duty police officer on the premises.
I just stumbled upon this site and got so irritated reading these bogus complaints. It's not utopia...but get a life whiners!!!
