WE ARE LIVING HERE NOW AND MAINTENANCE SUCKS! THE GOLF COURSE IS NICE BUT,WHEN YOUR APARTMENT HAS A BUSTED FRONT WINDOW DUE TO A GOLF BALL-THE OFFICE AND THEIR STAFF ONLY GIVES YOU TAPE (MASKING TAPE THAT IS) TO FILL THE HOLE UNTIL THEY CAN FIND TIME TO FIX IT. OFFICE STAFF (ASST. MGR AND LEASING CONSULTANT-VERY UNPROFESSIONAL). YOU ARE TOLD THAT YOU HAVE 24 HOUR EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE, BUT MAINTENANCE CHOOSES WHEN THEY WANT TO WORK.
