OK Apartments but the golf course is no more

The apartments are OK. They seem to be adequate, but the golf course around the community is gone. They have been moving dirt and preparing the land for redevelopment. It can be noisy, and without any rain the dust is bad. The one thing that I did not like is that the included cable tv is basically a very restricted dish network and during heavy rain the TV reception goes out. If there is a tropical storm or hurricane do not expect to be able to receive updates from TV. Currently, the apartment management has cleaned the building exteriors and has begun to repain the exterior of the buildings.
Sometimes parking can be crazy, especially with oversized vehicles and boats being parked in spots. Some apartments have garages, but many people use those as storage space, not for parking.
The maintenance workers are not the fastest on getting repairs done, but they will be completed. Overall, I had a good experience living in these apartments.
