i love the complex although the rent is rediculous, and the water bill is too! we lived here over a year and when we moved in our water bill was only 10 a month. we havent changed anything and our bill has gone up more ever month! it is basic dish network and sucks! good forbid we have a weather emergancy here cause you loose the signal if there is the slightest rain and sometimes even on a clear sunny day! the biggest problem with this place is the crime. cars and trucks are ALWAYAS getting broke into and yet the managment cant seem to get some type of security. we just got broke into for the first time but we have neighbors who have been hit 5 times! so if you value your things dont move here!
