Our neighbors up stairs would invite over ten people fro their church to their apartment and sing loud, stomp and run around up stairs soooo bad that us, (living down stairs) we couldn't sleep, and the doors would shake. We complained and nothing was done, they would go until 2 in the morning sometimes.
When the tropical storm came, water damage ruined our carpet and stained our walls and cracked the walls and ceilings. We told them and they just painted over it!
Also our washer was broken and over flowing into our closet and they did not fix it either.
They tried to charge us a 200 dollar pet fee when we only had our dog for 2 days because we were sold a sick puppy that passed away.
The computers shut down in the middle of yuo using them, useally when your in the middle of something important.
When we were moving out and they did the walk through, they said "Ewww it is disgusting in here, it's going to cost 50 dollars to clean the carpet and it's going to cost 800 dollars to replace the carpet if we can't get the stains out, and 100 dollars to for a regular cleaning fee to clean the apartment." We rented a rug doctor and cleaned the whole apartment the whole day, so as soon as we meantioned lawyer to them they shut. They were only trying to f#%* with us because we were a young military couple.
When we put in out 30 days notice they tried to guilt trip us about it.
Carol is very rude and bitchy. Dicky was nice until we were moving out.
Oh our crack head neighbors let their dog poop on the sidewalk and I complained and nothing was done about it, in fact on our moving out day we stepped on poop when moving out couch.
the maintance people are nice but they don't fix things well and one guy doesn't understand english and just walks into your apartment.

Well I was only telling the truth, it was nice living there all the way up until we wanted to move. There were bad noise problems from our neighbors up stairs, the office staff is alright, you Dicky were nice until the walk through. Parking was bad on our side of the property. Maintenance was not that good, the people were nice but some of the stuff wasn't what they were supposed to do, trust me my grandfather is in constrution and the apartment had foundation problems, which needed to be fixed not painted over. the computers are annoying but whatever. The grounds are beautiful though. I was going to leave a nice and good review but our last month sucked so bad thanks to you that the stuff I was going to let slide I decided that I had to write about it. You know everything I wrote here was the truth so calm down. So get off this site and do your job and make the rest of your residents happy.

ill have to agree with you the place is horrible the ceiling leaks and all they do is paint over it. the noise is rediculous. you can hear the people upstairs whole conversation. there are nasty ass bugs roaches and bugs that disappear when you kill them. this place is hell. carol is a ---- and when theres a problem the staff blows you off. they could care less. we can not WAIT to get out of these apartments.

I agree with the first comment this place seems ok until you try to leave my sister and her family lived here for about two years and when they had gotten deployed they started to trip out my sister has always had good rental history and when they did the walk through with her they tried to make her pay to replace the whole carpet because of one bleach stain I mean she stayed in a two bed room town home with a loft! why should she have to pay for the up stairs and the carpet in the rest of the apt because of a stain in the damn living room they try to get everybody to pay for new carpet when they leave not that paying your rent on time isn't enough for them to appreciate they have to try to f$ you in the end on top of that someone had broken a window in her car for no reason nothing was stolen but yet to this day they still say that she owes them money for that ragly a## carpet I say its time to call it truce her window was 500 dollars to get replaced pay for your carpet like she paid for her window you slum!
