You hit the nail on the head. MILITARY STAY AWAY. They manager of the apartments isn't Dickie, it's the older blond lady you is a complete idiot. She probably doesn't even know what color her own eyes are. Shes a straight up liar about damn near everything you ask her about is the worst property manager I've ever met. Honesty there are cheaper, nicer, better apartments in Jacksonville whoa re really military and Florida native friendly. They told us it would be no problem to change our move out date, but never told us they would charge us a late fee for doing that, now they wanna charge us 150 bucks late fees for staying there for an extra week. Like we have control over when the military say move. Keep looking people. There is never EVER any parking space, when we moved in I was putting my bed together and the woman underneath me banged on the ceiling bc I was being to loud''' Um hello I was putting a bed together. The Keys don't even really work on the doors or the mailbox, the computer center is a joke bc the computers barely work and if they do, they turn off after you are on them for 10 minutes. Don't get sucked into this place. The only cool chick they worked there, stopped working there... that should tell you something. My porch light never worked the whole time I was there and there so called alarm system, well it went haywire my first night there and instead of fixing it, they disabled it.

The only cool thing was the garden bathtub and that's not work 900 plus a month
