Everyone who wrote yes to this community must work in the management office. There is NO way anyone who has a quarter of class could enjoy living here. Lets see, management never came to fix anything we requested. The balconies that were painted had painted pine needles hanging from them (fire hazard). NO one even thought to clean that up while turning the apartment. There are more roach problems than you can imagine. The office leaves past peoples nasty ass wall paper up. It was a horrible experience and unless you like to see trashy people running around your building with their bare foot kids and side walk chalk all over the place you would be best to stay away. What a bad name for Mandarin.

Man, you must really hate children if you can't stand seeing children having fun outside. maybe you'd be better off living the life of a hermit. Calling parents & children trashy is rude & disrespectful. May you never reproduce for the sake of humanity!

To BrutallyHONEST: Parents who let their kids run around BAREFOOT outside are trashy!! Alos, letting them write in chalk allover the parking lot is also trashy....if you want to let your kids do that then buy your own home in the ghetto where your kids can run around barefoot with all the other trash
