it's getting worse every day

An Owner and a management change every 2-3 month.Very noisy , no rull to prevent it. Pet poops are everywhere. A lot of people say that a drug dealer live inside the community.Therefore, teenagers and other visitors from neighbourhood love this place.
50% renters came here from downtown of Jacksonviile.

sounds like your a bit prejudice and a prude. there is a "rull" (rule) to prevent noise. the "pet poops" are the pet owners responsibility. if only one drug dealer lives in these apts...then we are very lucky. who cares anyway, have they ever caused any violent incidents? o my goodness (said w/ sarcasm) from downtown jacksonville...waaaa! get a life.
