For a place that has an OK pool, one that is closed periodically, and random gates to the one that is open being locked, and a hottub that cannot stay clean, I do not think that the rent should be as high as it is.. It took over 3 months to get the screens put back on the back porches, all the buildings had to be painted...Different colors.... The lake fountains barely work. The noise level is not bad at all if existant at all, but there are many things that can be improved, including the day of the week the management feels it needs to change again.
