Having multiple management companies caused several problems. While the current one is making some visible efforts, they are not substantial enough to change my opinion. Noise is a problem almost daily. Safety is an issue, with a car having been stolen. Have yet to see a safety officer ever making anything like a patrol. Police will come when called but what can they do about residents who raise hell in the middle of the night regularly. Maintenance' Forget about it. There may be some staff that really care just haven't met them yet.

not true, my apt is very quiet. the safety officer will come whenever he is called if there is a problem. safety? that has to be a joke. this is a great area of town with little threat of theft. one car being stolen does not make the neighborhood unsafe. this is the best neighborhood i've lived in (compared to 2 southside locations). maintenance is not awesome, but it's the best i've had so far after having 3 apts in different complexes.
