The property has such potential but the lack of maintenance is ridiculous. Walk the property and you will see; many of the breezeways, stairwells and other public areas are dirty and littered with empty beer bottles and other trash. Stop by at night and you ll see the gate doesn t work and the lighting is substandard. It will take a major overhaul to bring Waterford back. We also waged a losing battle with the roaches. We bought and deployed bombs and assorted traps; we were constantly spraying and even had a professional bug service bomb the unit to no avail. After seven months we gave up and left when our lease was up. Our new place is terrific and we wish we had been able to move sooner.

this is such b.s. there is no trash anywhere for more than a couple of days. it is then picked up. if your apartment stays clean, you won't have roaches. the apartments also offer free pest control upon request. i love my apartment is cheap, clean, quiet, and the location is great.
