Contaminated Water, filthy airsystems that are not properly serviced and have not been cleaned in years which can lead to respiratory conditions, unreasonable levels of mold and mildew in the area dew to poor maintenance, too many changes in management in less than two years. It is insane. Investing in the beautification of the building with a nice coat of paint and offering free rent-remember, you get what you pay for. There are robberies that go unreported to JSO and crimes that go undocumented. This development is terrible. Poor value for the money accompanied by poor management. You are better off getting a condo for the price you pay. "Run Forest, RUN!!!"

I have been here since April, and have enjoyed every minute of it. For those of you who complain about it not being safe, well sweeties, I moved from a gated community in Ponte Vedra that had just as many robberies, and a gated community on Gate PKWY, that also had just as many robberies( with entry gate working). Jacksonville in a whole is just really not a safe place. And for those who complain about noisy neighbors, maybe you need to go to LendingTree.com, and apply for a Mortgage. There are alot of kids out here, and for what I pay for rent, I dont think I should make my kids tip toe around the house because my downstairs neighbor cant stand the nois, (again LendingTree). People just get a grip, stop complaining, and enjoy LIfe. Happy Reading
