I live here for one year and in that time it went from nice to crap. The first day I had my apartment I could not get in the door. After twenty minutes waiting on the repair man I finally gave up and left to get lunch. Upon reattempting to open the door for a few minutes it finally opened. I then called the office to let them know I finally got in and to please have the lock fixed. About one hour later a repairman showed up piss drunk. He then proceeded to complain about his job and the office workers and then told me he could come back and fix it tomorrow. Three days later the lock was fixed. After that had a circuit breaker flip and burn the ceiling due to wrong wiring another repairman said he'd fix it that day but didn't come back for two days had one of the only two good employees come out and fix it at ten o'clock at night. Air handler stopped working three times. Air system had mold growing in and around it. The office said it was dust and wouldn't do anything to fix it. Refrigerator would freeze contents or spoil them due to not being able to keep a constant temperature. Wall corners fell apart and walls cracked by the window. Sink and toilet leaked but repairman came and flushed toilet and walked out and I came home to a mess. Also if you like early morning wake up calls this is a good place for you because the lawn is cut every week at seven a.m. The management changed four times while I lived there and they fired the only two good repairmen that they had and got new idiots in the office and repair department. Property's falling apart and the spend money on banners and per motional flags. I wouldn't live here again if it was free.
