We have lived here since Jan of 2007, and it's now Sept, and they've had 5 robberies.. when we've asked what they are doing about it, they say that it's in the cops hands.. but yet, the gate has YET to be fixed that was supposed to be fixed 2 days ago, we'll see how much longer and how much more of lies we get from this office. I would NEVER EVER recommened this place to anyone. Not even someone I hate. We are looking to move ASAP, we can not wait until our lease is up in Dec. because we simply don't feel safe at all. The parking is good, but, that's the only thing. We have put in a maintence request over 2 months ago, and have yet to see someone come to our apartment to actually fix it. When we have said something, they say, oh, we didn't see that you put a request in. Give me a break! This place is a rip off and it's NOT worth the price you pay for this place!!! Trust me when I say this is the worst place to live!!

Do not move here! It's a rip off.

I agree! We recieved a notice about the gates being fixed & waited to see that happen. Turns out, the keypad doesn;t work, so the gate code is invalid! The out gates are half open. Looks like someone damaged them again! What else is new? Its dark as hell in here at night. I wouldn;t dare go out alone after dark. Masked, armed robbers! Man, this place is not worth $950 a month!
