I have been here since April, and have enjoyed every minute of it. For those of you who complain about it not being safe, well sweeties, I moved from a gated community in Ponte Vedra that had just as many robberies, and a gated community on Gate PKWY, that also had just as many robberies( with entry gate working). Jacksonville in a whole is just really not a safe place. And for those who complain about noisy neighbors, maybe you need to go to LendingTree.com, and apply for a Mortgage. There are alot of kids out here, and for what I pay for rent, I dont think I should make my kids tip toe around the house because my downstairs neighbor cant stand the nois, (again LendingTree). People just get a grip, stop complaining, and enjoy LIfe. Happy Reading

I agree, no place is 100% safe, but man, they thrive to be a gated community & the gates are still broken. I have been here almost 2 years & its all the same. Claims to fix the gate & still, nothing. The crime scares me. I agree to, that w/children, its hard t be quiet. My son is loud too. I'll stop griping when I see my rent going to being safer. Come on people, lighting & gates!!

I have to take back everything I said in my previous post. OMG!!!!! First, I had termites so bad in the master bath, the tile fell off the wall and the termites were taking over my bathroom. I had to stay in a hotel for a couple of days. When I reported it, they told me they were ants!!!!!????. WITH WINGS!!!???? that make your tile fall off the wall????. So they sprayed and patched up the tile. Second in 07/2008 I got home and there is a huge shoe print on my door like someone tried to kick it in. Also the locks are loose. So I tell the office I want to pay the early termination fee b/c I dont feel safe... To my surprise they no longer have an early termination process and if you choose to break your lease, you are respon for rent for each month remaining in your lease. Which is was you paid I think 2 mths and you were good. So I moved out in 07/2008, and had to pay rent until 03/2009. And dont bother calling Corp, b/c they will not call back.
