I was surprised to read the negative reviews about this place. I lived here for one year, spent a year in another apartment complex, and then came back here for two years. Yes, there were a couple of robberies. The same robberies occurred in every other apartment complex in the mandarin area. My friends that live in other complexes have told me that the same description was given for their complexes.

As far as maintenance, if something breaks they take care of it within1-2 days for something minor and if it's something major like an air conditioner, maintenance was here by 11 p.m. and I called at 10:30 p.m. This is a very safe place to live. The management is always very pleasant and helpful. The only thing I think that they should do different is stop changing management companies. Of the 3 years total that I've lived here, they have changed management companies 5 times. But for the most part the staff stays the same.

If I wasn't getting divorced, I would definetly not be moving. It's on the expensive side, but very much worth it.
