I thought it was just my apartment, but after reading everyone else's reviews it seems this ENTIRE property is run down. I was shown a nice, clean, well maintained unit (the model) when I was apartment shopping and made the mistake of signing a lease. The apartment I got was FAR from nice, clean or well-maintained. The unit was filthy. The A/C and its coils where absolutely disgusting. The heater did not work (through a cold spell). When they finally fixed it, I came home to find 2 scumbag AC guys in my apartment with my front door wide open (not good when theres about a dozen stray cats living around that building) smoking cigarettes!!! INSIDE MY APARTMENT!!! The cabinets where falling apart and had mold all over them. None of the exterior lights worked, and it was pitch black in the parking lot at night. There was a MAJOR roach and ant problem. I was chasing 1-3 roaches of all sizes everyday. The only solutions they offered were to cover up the problems instead of repairing them once and for all. I moved in on 10-26, demanded to be let out of my lease and moved right back out on 12-01. AND THEY STILL TRIED TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY DEPOSIT!!!! These people are lucky I didn't sue!! BE WARNED....STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP. It is waaaaay overpriced. The apartment I moved into in the same area is about 200 SQ FT bigger, 15 years newer and NONE of the problems for LESS MONEY!!!

this place is a dump! it will be HUD housing before you know it!

I'm weeks away from signing a lease at this complex and now I'm completely scared. I didn't find anything in the same area that was less money with more space and this place seemed so nice. I'm terrified reading about these problem and the TRASH ISSUE! Utterly disgusting. I looked at so many apartments...would love to know where you moved to.
