I've been here for four months and can honestly say this is the worst place I've ever lived. Yes, the trash is a constant problem. There is always furniture and trash piled up next to the dumpsters. My neighbors constantly leave trash piled up outside their front door, where I have to smell and look at it on a daily basis. There are no consequences for this. None. No one seems to care. I live in the middle of redneck and whitetrash central in my building. Neighbors that come and go VERY loudly at all hours of every night, screaming at each other in the hallways. They don't seem to realize that other people are living here. A few certain individuals throw their beer cans/bottles/trash in the drain gutters right outside my porch constantly. Another couple gets into domestic screaming matches in the parking lot, shouting obsenities so loud that orange park could hear them. No joke. Again, no concern for others who have to listen to every word. The walls are paper thin - can hear every conversation from both surrounding apartments, video games, music, fights, you name it. I've called the cops a couple of times for noise complaints at 3 and 4 in the morning but the cops don't even get out of their car. The office is no help whatsoever. The water is shut off constantly, with no warning - and they make you pay 33.00/month for it regardless. BS.
I am so sick of this place and cannot wait until my lease is up to get the hell out of here. I've never seen so many trashy people living in one place before in my life. The ghetto would be better than this.
