I moved here from Dallas, Texas 3 months ago. Waterford at Mandarin is a great community with an outstanding staff! Sure they have their problems just like every other complex, but when you have 500-1000 people living in a saturated area, what would you expect' They have taken care of my few problems quickly.

Christy, Janice and their staff are wonderful. They're always hosting resident cook-outs and trying to get the residents involved in various activities.

The best part about the Waterford is the entry way. Absolutely beautiful. You don't feel like you're pulling up to an apartment complex. It's a bit more expensive than other communities, but you're paying for the Mandarin area, and the outstanding service they provide. I love it here. I don't have any friends or family here, but sure feel like I do with the outstanding staff!

There are alot of kids - which is great if you have kids too. I don't have kids, and typically do not like having kids around - but all of the kids here I've encountered have actually been very polite which is totally not the norm! I even had a kid see me trying to take my trash out and he offered to take it to the dumpster for me! Speaking of which - the dumpster situation is a little weird...Instead of a dumpster, it's a trash compactor and I don't believe they empty it frequently enough. You also have to go up some steps to throw it inside. People get lazy and just sit their trash in front. That's no reflection on management though - just clean up after yourself!

Christy is the BEST. She helped me through every step of my move. She is just a sweetheart and in my never humble opinion she should be the manager! I really owe her alot for her help. She went above and beyond for me. You're totally right about the trash problem. Every time I go to the dumpster I almost laugh at the lazy jerks who leave their trash beside the stairs because they are too lazy to move their butts up the stairs. Disgusting to say the least but that isn't managements fault. I do like this complex. You pay a premium for Mandarin and my apartment is kinda outdated.

You are the lucky one. Christy and her staff, except for Trisha, are as rude as they cam be. Very umprofessional!!!!! Just you wait .
