The 33.00 a month that we ALL have to tack on to our rent each month seems to be going down the drain - literally. I have lost count on how many mornings I've woken up to go to school/work only to find the water shut off. At prime times, too! This happens at LEAST once a month - and the best part is, you never know when! It's like playing russian roulette in the morning with the sink/shower. "Will I have running water today...ahhhh, NO." But come on, who doesn't like taking a shower with a bottle of water'! Waterford is a dump. DO NOT RENT from these people!! I woke up last week to what I thought was rain, but alas, my downstairs neighbor had a large pipe that had burst under her apartment - the whole front lawn was a lake. It took our piece of ---- maintence crew 6 hours to get a plumber out to fix it and another 4 hours for the water to be returned on. Kiss your 33.00 a month and running water goodbye! It's back to medival living for those at Waterford!

This was the funniest (BUT VERY TRUE) post I've read in a long time. We (my neighbors and I) feel your pain!!! While the maintenence crew is nice it seems there are not enough of them to maintain a complex of this size. I wait forever to have my issues addressed. I have to pester the office.
