Since moving in here 7 months ago, there have been 3 apartment break-ins and several car break-ins. One unit broken in to was a good friend of mine's. Nothing was done to fix the door jam until she had moved out. I had to have a family member come and reinforce the door jam for me. That is just one of many problems plaguing this place.

This is not a good place to live if you have any type of respiratory problems. None of the A/C units or air ducts have been serviced or cleaned since the complex opened as the Oaks at Baymeadows. How do I know' I asked to have mine taken care of and the maintenance supervisor said so. Mind you the job was not completed and caused an additional problem - water leaking on to the heating element of the water heater. Now I have a problem with mold growing where the water heater and A/C unit sit.

Adding to the nightmare is the rude and unresponsive behavior of management. You are fortunate if you manage to get any customer satisfaction when you ask questions or request work be done. This is a place whose management company claims to have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee when you move in. I found this out from the company website and not the leasing office.

For the money spent in this complex you are much better off looking elsewhere and getting better results.
