We had moved in here over a year ago. The apartment is not that great. The carpet is not level and you sink down whenever you walk over that particular spot. The air conditioner has gone out three times and the maintenance always says that they "charged" it and never clean the coils. It is 90 degrees outside and I cannot get my air conditioner to get under 79. The maintenance is lazy! The parking here is horrific. You have handicap spots taken by lazy tennants and cars parked up on the grass due to the lack of parking. They do not enforce the no trash on your front porch rule. We have sloppy neighbors whom leave their trash outside and the sad thing is we live next to the dumpster. This place is disgusting!! Lets just say we will me buying a home as to avoid this again!!!
