Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived here from 10/05-10/06, and I absolutely loved it. The office staff was wonderful, and always helped if there was a problem. I loved my neighbors! It was very quiet, and peaceful. I had a beautiful view of the lake from where I was on the 3rd floor.
The parking could have been better, but I've seen worse. It was a very, VERY safe community. The buildings are quite old (40 years), but everything worked correctly. The kitchen was small, and a little dated, but it worked. It got the job done! The pool is BEAUTIFUL.
My only complaint is that where I was, the sun beamed directly in, and we had to keep the AC down really low.. which really brought our electric bill up.
I would have stayed, but my boyfriend at the time, and I broke up.. and went our seperate ways.. and I couldn't afford it by myself.
Highly, highly recommended. One of the best complexes on Southside.
