I was researching renting here a couple days before writing this and the unit I wanted I asked the guy who lived downstairs how he like it and he said not bad, it is what it is (he seemed pretty laid back), but he mentioned in the building a few units had been broken into, including his and the one that was available, and another lady found someone on her deck. He said it seemed like just kids that took change (he had a nice TV that was fine), but the apartment backs directly to Southside and Baymeadows, major intersection where just about anyone can walk onto grounds and mess with you. Resident said the traffic noise is what it is, too, didn't seem to mind that

yeah there was a breakin about a year ago, it was actually the apt. above my mom's boyfriends apt. it happened in the middle of the night. they sent out a notice about it, so at least the magmt told the residents about it. unlike The Glades, where i live.
