the problems first::: the water heater leaked three times leaving us with a soaked hallway, we had to lay towels down. the last time it leaked they drilled a hole to fix it. in the laundry/pantry room, water leaked under the floor, when the people upstairs used the dishwasher or poured grease down the drain it would flood our sink so it made our apartment reak and it overlowed once, the hot water handle in the master baths shower broke, water leaked from the ceiling and ruined some of our furniture and left large holes in the ceiling, when we first moved in, the door to my bedroom wouldn't close at all, and when they came to replace it, i was sleeping so that was creepy, and i think thats it.

oh, and my car was broken into.
