Waters Edge has really made an improvement since the recent management of Advenir. The office staff is very courtesy and the maintenance team is the BEST!!! I would say JUST DO IT, like Nike!!!!

You have to be blind not to see the problem in the complex. we called the office several times for corporate number and they refuse to give it to us we had to find it on the internet. I think that corporate need to come in and get rid of the whole staff in other words, clean house. How many times can you resurface a tub or cover up the stains on counters. You have sewer knats and black ants.People shouldn't have to live like this but if we allow it then management will continue to do nothing.
