Do not even attempt to move here or inquire about these apartments. They do not fix anything in a timely manner. From the time I moved in there have been no screens on our windows, their excuse that they are waiting on a contractor. (I've been here almost 2 years). My shelves have been leaning and collapsing since last year and they still haven't repaired it, stating they are waiting on wood. They will lie to you about they are waiting on a contractor. The pool is not open. There is always trash everywhere and the upkeep is horrible. They are letting anyone in the apartments as well (people that keep you up at night). Nothing gated. Maintenance is not trained enough to know what they are doing. They don't repair. They paint over it and cover up, so 6 months later there is a bigger problem and now you have chipped pain everywhere. They will not even upgrade the outside. Pressure washing, siding or anything. This is a horrible place to live and I would not recommend it to anyone, not even someone just starting out.
