My husband and I rented this place sight unseen via internet from another state due to job change. BIG MISTAKE!!!. No glass in peephole, closet doors fell completely off when opened on first day, junk left on back porch from previous tenant, no response to maintenance requests, black moldy spot on carpet grew mushrooms after rainstorm, gunshots in middle of night, police helicopter with spotlight flying overhead, pools closed, tennis court turned into homemade basketball court, police cars coming and going to name just a few things. We paid three months rent to get out of a 7 month lease after living there 5 weeks. Money well spent!!
