I moved here in May 2008 and have seen some great changes with the new Management. My experience at this point are pretty cool. The items in my apartment that needed repaired were within 25 hours, I was shocked. So for me a good experience. Also, the new management has been cleaning house.

This review must have been submitted by apartment management or somebody that must have been paid to submit it. The"New Management" is no better than the previous circus clowns that were in place. As a matter of fact, never attempt to call Maintenence after hours. Any emergency better occur before the office closes or before sundown. You talk about a staff that does not do anything, this is the place for you. BTW, if you've watched the news recently then surely you are aware of the dead body that was found in one of our dumpters. I think it is mighty negligent of the apartment staff here not to even send out a memo to the tenants about the incident. If it hadn't been for friends and the news of course, tenants would have never known. Granted the body was brought here and dumped from the westside, but that says volumes about the property dontcha think? There are so many drugs in this community it's not even funny. Beginning in March 08, things here started to go down hill fast, which coincided with the onboarding of supposedly a new and improved apartment staff..BUNK!!! The grass wasn't cut for months!! It looked like a jungle out here...and the trash, OMG! Yeah, granted we got some really nasty peeps that live here and don't care nothing about continuing their nasty ways, but the Staff is still responsible for maintaining the community grounds. There are more roaches here now then there are tenants!...LOL
