It's a dump. Maintenance is inefficient and liars. I constantly eek and lose patience with the slow maintenance and poor management. They say they have a 24 hr maintenance service, but when you call, your call is not answered, you on hold for a very long period of time, or the answer I got, sorry we can't call maintenance, we are not authorized. Try sleeping with no a/c and 88 degrees. The complex is dirty and dog crap in the back yard, the lobbies are full of dirt, ceiling falling, holes on the floors, and mold.....try that. For them to fix it, we are working on it. I have lived there for a few months, but they don't fix the issues you have when you move in they wait months, until you constantly go to the office and complain about it...but you better pay the rent or else..... Would you want to live in a place like that'
There is a fishing dock, but mainly late at night, kids will go in the back to either make out, smoke pot and be noisy.
