I have had nothing but problems- the day I moved in the dishwasher flooded the kithcen floor. It was supposedly fixed but it still would leak- I had to just do dishes by hand. Don't get me started on the toilet. Every time I call the office the property manager or anyone in any position of authority is either out at lunch, off for the day, etc. I have asked to be contacted at least 5 times and have yet to have any staff call me. My apartment was broken in to while I was out of town and I was not notified for almost a week after- when rent was due. We are talking slum conditions with the night life there- almost every one I have talked to there has had their car broken into. You are on your own with the maintenance people- these poor guys are so overwhelmed (and I am sure they are underpaid.) They have to take all this abuse from the residents because they seem to be the only staff there ever. One of the residents threatened one the maintenance men in front of me- it is ridiculous! Please- ESPECIALLY if you have children- DO NOT move here! The maintenance men do the best they can but there aren't enough of them and the blonde haired lady in the office is an Angle and way too good to be working at such a dump.
