This is without a doubt the worst apartments i have ever lived in in my 20 years of apartment living. Everything i have read here in the comments is absolutely true. This is a dump. There is no maintenance done. The place is a hood. Daily there is public drunkenness and open smoking of illegal drugs and management does absolutely nothing. I was told I would get one month free rent, but I did not get any free rent. The list goes on and on and on. Stay away, unless of course you have a housing voucher.

man u took the words right out of my mouth. Tonya in management is a hoe. Sleeping with the tenants. Dust mites,fleas,---- coming out of sewer line.Trash all around. management stole your free rent went to Tonya and the people she is -------.P-103,P-302,0-103 got all the free rent and god knows what else.To make it bad 3 men said they ----ed her for free rent.Make it crazy she is married.SO when u see Waters Inlet for rent step on the gas pedal and don't stop and look back
