worst apartment complex in Jacksonville to stay at when you are paying high rent.they do not put back into the apartment complex.management is stealing the money.this place needs 2 be shut down.management sleep with all the men who are willing,to sleep with her tiered behind.If you like crack this is the place 2 be.All the crack selling dont have 2 leave apartment complex.You can even get a trick in there.management changed 5 time all for stealing.the one they have now steals.free rent for a month.Ha ha she keeping that.p-103 gets free rent.that the man with the 2 dogs that she is messing with.I hope her husband reads this.

Give u another clue.I sleep with the freak in the office to get the apartment that i moved into.I knew she was married just like your dumb but.U wish my balls were in your mouth.I know u might be p103 writing this and has 2 dogs.I know u are ---.Does lady in office know that u are --- ..P-204 did the right thing thats what everyone including myself should have did.NOT PAY 4 this dump.I look at u every day i havent went any were got 2 finish my lease.Clue #2 all her insides are gone she had operation.How would i know that u say.true iching your head saying how did he know that.Is she lieing 2 corporate telling something happen 2 your apartment 2 get free rent like i did.clue #3gives good head.Now i see u smiling or are you made because every thing im saying is true.P204 did the right thing NOT PAY U for TRASH.He brought a truck from saving his rent.Still has his car and lawn business so dont sladder him.He was very smart.You and I are the dumb one we are still here messing with the same lady in the office.Talking about a man who was smart and saved his money and got out of this hell hole.Man i wish i could.

Although Waters Inlet may have its share of problems, the most common problem it has is making units available to non rent paying, ignorant, illiterate people like the anonymous individual who posted a note on September 25, 2008. When residents aren't paying their rent or paying on time (and everyone's rent is due at the same time), the corporate office and management have very limited financial resources in which to make improvements and turn the property around. It would also help if the residents didn't purposely trash the units and the property. This would allow funds to be used towards general improvements and preventive maintenance instead of corrective maintenance. To the individual or individuals who share the same opinion as Mr. or Ms. Anonymous, my advice to you is to get a better paying job and/or improve your credit standings in order to afford what you'd consider a better place and not reside in some place you consider sub-standard and complain for 2 years. Apparently W.I. Apartments is an environment that you're accustomed to. I hope that this Anonymous person isn't the gentleman from P-204 who was recently evicted for non payment of his rent due to insufficient funds(repeatedly). If it is then get some guts and grow some nuts. Be a MAN about it...nobody lives anywhere for free!!!!!!

This is so funny. The one thing I did like about those apartments was the view and the hilarious drama everywhere. Now that place is so dumb, the managment obviously responded to the first 2 comments. As for the man with the two dogs...... I truely and honestly believe that he would tell all of you to mind your own business and find something better to do than complain about him. He does whatever he wants there, whenever he wants. Thats the way it was when I lived there, Things were great! Miss you M... and A..... How are the fish biting?
