Bottomline: They need to be demolished and rebuilt.

Rats, Leaks, Plumbing Problems. Wet carpet from leaks within the walls turns to mold. It s difficult to relax and enjoy the apartment without something going wrong. The gate has only worked for two weeks in the 18 months I ve been here. There are no W/D connections in any of the units. These apartments are just old and need to be demolished and rebuilt instead of patching up the work that desperately needs to be done here. My pet peeve is that the water is often shut off without warning so God forbid you re trying to get ready for work or have chemicals in your hair. I will definitely do my research from now on before jumping on a move-in special. There are a few good things I can say. Since our property manager has taken over, when I call the office, maintenance comes out same day or very next morning which I appreciate. The maintenance team is knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. John H. is extremely fair, professional and pleasant and he s done the best job of all others who precede him. The apartment is spacious and more affordable than neighboring communities in Arlington, Southside and the Beaches areas. Overall, I d only recommend Water s Inlet if your other option is to be homeless. This place needs to be rebuilt before any future leasing. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
