I guess when you moving out you anger and cant find anything nice to say
I moved in July and I live on the first floor and have not had a problem
with the rain,but people need to learn how not to threw paper on the ground it
will be a 24 hour job to pick up each piece of paper on the gound it takes everyone to be in charge of themselves.,please let everyone know your solution get
get rid of nature frogs & lizards,I agree with you about the lawn service to please blow the grass off the patio.
