I moved to this complex fours years ago. The complex was small and quite. However over the four years the complex changed. The management changed hands several times, they have one maint. person for this complex and another complex just down the street. One person for two complex?s. They do not have a lawn service the maint. man does that as well. If you page him for an emergency if he does not feel it?s an emergency don?t expect to see him. The dumpsters overflow because they complex will not pay extra for the trash company to dump the dumpsters more than once a week. Walk or drive through the complex you will find grocery carts throughout the complex. There are cats everwhere that will sleep on your car, pee on your porch. My car and a neighbors car had a dead pine tree fall over on top of our cars, the complex said they were not responsible it was an act of god. The complex had JEA cut my electric off one time. They meant to have the apartment next door cut off, but they had mine cut off. No apologies. You will have a water bill and a trash bill. I am okay with the water bill but the trash bill, why do I have to pay a trash bill when the dumpsters are overflowing. The office says it?s open M-F 9:00 -6:00 they never open at 9:00 and they are always closed before 6:00. They are not open on the weekends at all. There is no pest control, no pool, no tennis courts, no dishwashers and they are just as much as the complex down the street with all of the above. My car was broken into and my apartment was broken into. There is no security, no activities nothing.
