The other review is spot on when it comes to the stray cats. There are an awful lot of them. They also have stray roosters that crow at all hours. Shopping carts are left by residents all over the complex. One building has a toilet sitting outside of it by the building. Prostitutes like to use the parking lot as a place to bring their johns. There are two registered sex offenders living in the complex. The apartments are musty. my walls were filthy on move in. There are years of nicotine build up on them. You can see where previous tenants had their pictures by the clean spots on the walls.
It isn't all bad. The people who live here seem pretty decent for the most part. The two maintenance men are very helpful. The lady in the office is very nice. Some people have made a nice cozy apartment home for themselves here. If the grounds were a bit better taken care of and they had security I would probably be willing to stay awhile just to take advantage of the cheap rent, but at this time, this is no place to have a family.
