Since I been there over 2 years the A/C have never really worked right, the bathroom has been fix again and again because of leaks and never being fixed correctly in the first damn place. There has been leaks from the roof that took them well over 3 months to fix. They have raise the rates but the service has dropped. You name it its been broken. This place is a falling apart and they don't seem to care.

that is true, since we have lived here, it seems that the place has gone completely down hill. They need to make a lot of improvements, it's as if they don't care that the outside is trashed and the apartments seem to be slowly falling apart. I don't know how long this complex has been here, but the buildings must be old.
