I have had issues with leaks, mold, roaches, ants, and shotty workmanship. It takes weeks to get things fixed and most of the time it is done improperly!! Security gates are always broken, and you have alot of partying and loud music to deal with. It has been one problem after another!! It is over priced for all that goes on and all the crap you will have to deal with!!
