To much money not enough quality

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
First off we were supposed to be on the bottom floor, a week before we moved in they told us that it wasnt avaliable to us anymore. We are now on the second floor. I think we have complained since day one and nothing every gets taken care of. I wouldnt move in here if I were you. We are mobing out as soon as our lease is up. See ya
