I moved here about 6 months ago and I like it. The floorplan is large and there is plenty of storage. I got an upgraded unit for my kitchen and bath and love it. I read some of the other reviews and I haven't had any problems like that. I had a noise complaint once (it's an apartment so it's going to happen at some point and time)and the courtesy officer took care of it, and then the office staff took care of it the following day. No problems since then. The trash service is cool. It's nice not having to take your trash out (wish it was on the weekends too!)=) I have recommended this place to several people and some of them have come here and are happy as well. It's worth checking out!
