I moved in about 5 months ago. The staff made it so easy for me. There were times when they were soooo busy in there, but they paid attention to me. I had a few small issues with the apartment after I moved in (nothing extreme), and they took care of them. Overall, it's a quiet property. Yes, you can hear some neighbors once in a while. But what do you expect' I have lived in several apartment complexes during my 3 years in Jax, and so far this seems to be the most accommodating place I've been in. And I LOVE the trash valet service.
the maintenance staff has been very nice to me. Really tried to fix any issues I have had as fast as possible.
