I want to just say that any where you go you are going to have some kind of problems. Even rich gated communities have their cars broken into. Its part of living in Jacksonville. I have only lived here for a short period of time but I have already had to call maintenance because my heater was not working properly. They could not have gotten out here any faster. They fixed the wire problem and I have not had a problem since. I cant say anything bad so far about the staff they have all been helpful to me. Granted the apartments were built in 1985 so if you are looking for something brand new then they arent for you. I must say they are kept up very nice and the apartment I am in had been remodeled. The only thing I can even say bad so far is that a women was robbed at her car early one morning. But right after it was reported we were notified and since then we have police constantly canvasing the area. But again, its Jacksonville things li ke this happen everywhere!!Overall I am satisfied with Westland Park. And I have absolutly no problem with parking. I actually park in the same spot everyday.
