Lived there for over a year. The only problem I had in the beginning was the Palmetto bugs that were everywhere in the complex but even that didn't bother me too much. Tennis court lights never worked the whole time I was there, I'm a night person and would have liked to go out there at night but was never able to. Parking near my building was basically come before 8 pm if you don't want to walk a mile. Which never happened for me, so I ended up having to walk from a very long distance for a young female at night. I never had problems with maintence, the few things I needed fixed were done promptly. However, I did feel the management people were cold and not friendly to me, and I also did not like how maintence would come in early in the morning while I was sleeping. Gate would work a few days then be broken for weeks, might not be the apartments fault for it breaking but it is still their responsibility if they want to continue calling it a gated community. The pool is very nicely kept, yet the hot tub was constantly out of order which disappointed me many nights. The apartment itself was nice and I had a great view over my balcony. Overall, I've lived in way worse apartments but for the price they charge, things could be better.
