The crime rate is horrible!! my car personally was stolen out of this apartment complex and later found burned down the road.There has been plenty of other break- ins and neighbors robbed at gun point here. Maybe because they advertise a gated community and as I am typing they are wide open!! they always make excuses that people break them but If you can afford to re-paint all the buildings and put up new white fences then you should beable to fix the gates like The Kensley apartments up the street. The only time their gates are open is during business hours and they dont have as near the crime to say they are about 800 ft away!!. The bugs are ridiculous and there is always something leaking!! I would spend my money elsewhere!!
